2020 SYDNEY MARDI GRAS

MCL Productions was beyond excited to travel to Sydney in February with the team at Poof Doof for the 2020 Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras!

Over the weekend of festivities the Poof Doof team hosted a number of parties including an unforgettable sunset boat party on Sydney Harbour, followed by an iconic after dark pool party at the Ivy Rooftop Pool & Bar and the now infamous Poof Doof/Ivy Mardi Gras After Party following the annual parade through Darlinghurst on the Saturday evening.

We were there along the way to deck the halls of each venue with colour and branded decor to punch up the Poof Doof pride energy!

We were also lucky enough to help the team working behind the scenes on the Poof Doof ‘Intergalactic Doof’ parade float getting the last of the neon light work completed in the final hours leading up to the float precession.

Unfortunately my phone camera wasn’t functioning this entire trip so the only shots I have are the ones I managed to get with no sound, however the energy of the city over the weekend cannot be captured through a lens of a camera.
